In September 2024, HubSpot organized its annual gathering, Inbound. On the very first day, in the beginning session, Yamini Rangan, Andy Pitre, and Dharmesh Shah, the core team of HubSpot, announced HubSpot Breeze and its features that will make HubSpot more accessible.

One feature of Breeze is HubSpot Breeze Copilot. It’s an AI-powered assistant that helps users perform their operations efficiently through the HubSpot ecosystem.

Other features are Breeze Agents—Content Agent, Social Media Agent, Prospecting Agent, and Customer Agent. They are AI-powered tools that help users with respective operations, as their names describe.

The last feature of Breeze is Breeze Intelligence. It is a data enrichment tool that uses your HubSpot CRM data to provide personalized support through Breeze AI agents.

2. Apple Unveils New iPhones With Built-In Artificial Intelligence

Apple unveiled the iPhone 16 in September 2024. It was the first iPhone featuring generative AI, Apple Intelligence, that enhances tasks like message sorting, photo identification, etc.

They also introduced the Apple Watch Series 10, which had a brighter and thinner display, and upgraded AirPods with excellent noise reduction features. Though the iPhone 16 was promised to have all Apple Intelligence features at the time of launch, only limited features made it through. Other features will roll out soon.
