The client operates in the healthcare and clinical education space, offering precision-engineered tools and professional training for soft tissue treatment. Their business combines product innovation with hands-on education, serving therapists, clinicians, and rehabilitation professionals.
Their digital presence plays a critical role in attracting both practitioners and learners. However, as search behavior evolves, traditional SEO alone is not enough. Visibility in AI-driven search environments, such as AI overviews and conversational search tools, became equally important.
To stay competitive, the client partnered with TRooInbound as their SEO and digital marketing expert. The goal was clear: improve both traditional search rankings and AI visibility to drive better discovery, engagement, and authority.
The client faced several challenges that limited their online growth and discoverability.
TRooInbound approached this project with a strong focus on AI SEO and Answer Engine Optimization. The goal was not just to improve rankings but to make the content more understandable and usable for AI systems.
We started by restructuring content across key pages. FAQ sections were added to directly address common user queries. These FAQs were carefully written to match natural language patterns, which are preferred by AI tools.
To strengthen this effort, we implemented the FAQ schema on important pages. This helped search engines and AI systems interpret the content more effectively. It also increased the chances of appearing in rich results and AI-generated answers.
Keyword optimization was another key focus. We refined content using primary keywords along with industry-relevant supporting keywords. This ensured better alignment with both search intent and AI interpretation.
We also worked on improving topical relevance. Instead of focusing on isolated keywords, we expanded content with surrounding and intent-based terms. This helped build stronger authority across related topics.
Regular SEO activities were carried out consistently. This included updating existing content, optimizing metadata, and enhancing brand visibility. These efforts ensured that the website remained active and relevant in search ecosystems.
Internal linking was significantly improved. We created a structured linking framework that connected related pages. This enhanced crawlability and helped search engines understand the content hierarchy.

The most significant achievement was the improvement in the AI Visibility score. The score increased from 20 to 45, as measured by Gushwork. This reflects a strong improvement in how AI systems perceive and surface the client’s content.
There was a noticeable increase in mentions and citations across digital platforms. This indicates stronger authority and better recognition within the industry.
The number of indexed pages also improved. More content is now being discovered and processed by search engines and AI tools. This directly contributes to higher visibility.
Content alignment with AI-driven search systems has improved significantly. Pages are now more likely to appear in AI overviews and enriched search results. This creates new opportunities for user engagement and lead generation.
The enhanced internal linking structure has improved crawl efficiency. Search engines can now navigate the website more effectively, which supports better indexing and ranking.
