Day 1 of HubSpot INBOUND 2024 wasn’t worth missing!
Yamini Rangan, Andy Pitre, and Dharmesh Shah took over the main stage and delivered a fantastic session on HubSpot Spotlight.
They covered interconnected topics on how new AI-powered features of HubSpot will help your Marketing, Sales, and Support teams to bring more customers and fulfill their quick requirements.
Yamini began by making people understand how AI helps in faster sales, marketing, and accessible customer support. Andy introduced new AI features that HubSpot has introduced for the same; meanwhile, Dharmesh came up with what we can expect to see in HubSpot Inbound 2025, i.e., Agent.AI.
Let’s discuss all this session in detail!
HubSpot Spotlight session mainly focused on all vital AI-powered features that HubSpot has introduced to keep up with the AI-driven & constantly evolving market.
It was a 1.5-hour long session. So, for easy reading and understanding, we will divide the whole session into the following three sections:
Yamini Rangan, the CEO of HubSpot, was the person to start with the first main stage session- HubSpot Spotlight.
She began with the fact that in HubSpot 2023, we talked about AI, and in INBOUND 2024, we will implement AI.
Customers have started using AI for ‘Acceleration,’ and now they want AI to generate ‘Transformation’ for their businesses. They want AI-powered tools to make the impossible possible, reimagine complex goals, and stay hand-to-hand with what’s happening next.
So, to accelerate Marketing, Sales, and Service tasks with AI, HubSpot introduces different AI Agents. These agents will make it easy for your teams to handle customers and their data in an ‘EASY, FAST, and UNIFIED’ way.
She also gave three quotes to understand AI and co-create with it:
-> ‘AI creates, People Curate’ – for Marketing
-> ‘AI offers context, People offer Connection’ – for Sales
-> ‘AI handles simplicity, People handle subtlety’ – for Services
Now, let’s see how Andy explains different AI Agents and HubSpot’s Key Update of 2024—the Breeze.
As Yamini hands over the stage to Andy (Executive Vice President of Product, HubSpot), he begins by introducing how marketers dreamt of having some AI-powered tools to help them 5-10 years back. But now we will have those tools in real-in HubSpot!
A powerful AI feature called Breeze was introduced yesterday to turn the 2023 AI possibilities into reality. You can use this feature in HubSpot software, website, and also on your mobile device.
Additionally, Breeze comes with two more features:
Copilot helps you with your day-to-day work. It’s your AI companion across the HubSpot platform.
Now, let’s see what the AI Agents that Yamini was talking about are.
Andy added, “If the co-pilot works with your business, agents work for your business.”
AI Agents help you with getting your work done faster and in an automated manner. HubSpot has introduced AI Agents for each team Marketing, Sales, and Service.
-> It gets easier for the Marketing team to manage their content and social media tasks by using the Content Agent and Social Agent.
-> The Sales team and leverage Prospecting Agent to engage easily with inbound leads and connect with your prospects easily. This tool also handles the backlog of leads that you might have missed to check.
-> Last but not least, the Services team can use a Customer Agent to answer the customer questions directly. It works 24*7, so your customers can get solutions to their primary queries anytime.
Now, he introduces Breeze Intelligence!
As Breeze makes everything easy to manage in HubSpot, for that it requires knowing everything about your business and customers, basically all your data.
The challenge here is that the data is scattered across the internet, and it’s necessary to bring all the relevant data together.
So, Breeze Intelligence– HubSpot’s new data enrichment and buyer intent solution will give you the most unified customer picture. The Breeze Intelligence Data Set has over 200 million company profiles and buyer intents in one place.
Through this data Breeze AI tool can help you manage your customers easily using its intelligence.
The latest Marketing and Content hub features will help you with everything from audience segmentation to measuring the impact of your campaigns.
-> For Segmenting audiences, HubSpot brings a Lead Scoring feature. It will help you understand your prospects deeply.
-> New partnership with Amplitude to understand your audience thoroughly.
-> A new feature of Content Remix helps marketers to create content easily for different audiences. You can create social media posts or even videos from a single blog or transcript by using AI intelligence.
-> To plan your marketing campaigns, you can use AI-assisted Workflows. Just tell Breeze about your workflow, and AI builds relevant actions for you.
-> To deliver personalized content, you can use the Personalized Subscriptions by creating specific rules.
-> To measure the success of these campaigns, you can use the Marketing Analytics Suite that contains Ad Performance, Lead Gen, and Traffic insights features.
There are more than 200 new features introduced in HubSpot, but these are some of the critical updates that your teams can leverage to manage your customers.
Dharmesh Shah, the Co-founder and CTO of HubSpot, starts by remarking on the fact that HubSpot turned 18th on June 24.
The Chatspot.AI of 2023 has now taken a colossal form and became Breeze in 2024. Additionally, he mentions that “AI models are doubling every six months, and this growth is what’s causing all this excitement.”
Dharmesh then introduces Agent.AI, which is still in its experimental phase. However, he mentions that more than 47k people have already subscribed to work with Agent.AI!
Agent.AI will be a professional network of different AI Agents!
An AI Agent is software that uses AI and tools to accomplish a goal that requires multiple steps.
In the future, it may happen that your team will have humans as well as AI agents helping you to manage the high expectations of your customers.
For instance,
-> If your customer is facing a challenge in generating traffic and qualified leads, it can be handled using the Conversion Rate Optimizer Agent.
-> Similarly, a Company Research Agent helps to lower the time spent by a sales rep in research and preparation.
It also provides an Agent Builder feature where you can quickly build an Agent for completing your task using AI. To everyone’s surprise, more than 1700 people are enlisted in the Agent Builder waitlist.
On the basis of these numbers, we can say that whenever Agent.AI is published officially, it will create wonders!
